Our Spring Covid Booster campaign will run as a walk-in service every Thursday and Friday from Thursday 16th April until mid-June. If you have already had a Covid or Flu vaccine with us previously there is no need to complete the form above. You can just walk in and our pharmacist will check your information and get your consent and give you the vaccination straight away. The booster is available to the following people:-

  • Those age 80 years and older
  • Those who live in a long-term care facility and are age 18 or older
  • Those who have a weak immune system and are 6 months or older
