We ask you to read the following information carefully.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the starting time of your appointment.
- Please wear a mask to your appointment.
- Please wear a top that can be rolled up as far as your shoulder (many men’s shirts are too tight to do this so consider wearing a t-shirt.
- Only one parent (also wearing a mask) should bring a child/children to their vaccination appointment and if siblings are not to be vaccinated please do not bring them into the shop.
- Your temperature will be as soon as you enter the shop.
- If you feel unwell in anyway prior to your appointment please call us on 0567721033 immediately.
